Sadee Saydee
Saydee was born "Back East". Her Ma worked in the home of a rich business man, an eastern aristocrat you could say. Saydee she grew up halping her Ma do the cookin' and cleanin', for O' Mr. Man. As Saydee grew, so did her love of cooking! Being full of life and having an advenutrous soul, one day Sadee decided to clean out and "go West", where she could make her own dreams come true by opening a little Bistro. So, she bpacked her bags, hitched a ride on a wagon train...Saydee made it as far as the freshly opened Indian Territories. She found her little ship and opneed up the little Bistro and started fixin' up some fancy food. The only problem was -- the cowpokes didn't take to all that fancy gourment food. She was goin' broke -- and fast! She had to figure out a way to draw some business. That was when she started offering the "Blue Plate" special...and none of cowpokes could refuse it. Every "Blue Plate" was served with a "Special Desert" and this desert was served up in the back room by one of Saydee's "Special Waitress'". From the outside the Little Bistro looks comfy and legit; but there's a Shady side to Saydee's and all the cowpokes are lovin' it. By the way Business is Booming!
